Arrival & Preparation

 

• Please arrive with a bare face and no coloured contact lenses. If you’re coming from elsewhere, no worries. We have makeup wipes are available in the studio.

• Try to avoid self-tan for around 1 week, and avoid microblading or semi-permanent makeup for 4 weeks, as these can influence colour readings.

• A simple top with no high neckline helps the drapes sit beautifully.

• Please bring your everyday makeup pouch, we’ll review which items complement your tones.

 

 

During the Session

 

• I may take a few photos or short clips to support the analysis. These are only for your consultation and will never be shared without your permission.

 

 

Timing

 

• Please try to arrive on time so you can enjoy the full experience.

• If you’re running a little late, send me a quick message. I’ll do my best to accommodate, though the session may be shortened if there is another client afterward.

• Arriving 20+ minutes late is considered a no-show.

 

 

Cancellations & Changes

 

• You may reschedule up to 72 hours before your appointment.

• Sessions are non-refundable, as each consultation is prepared individually with dedicated materials and studio time.

• You’re welcome to transfer your booking to someone else or reschedule within the allowed timeframe.

After Your Consultation

 

• Your SoftSpot Colour Report will be sent on the same day.

• It includes your palette, signature shades, neutrals, metals, styling notes and personalised beauty recommendations.
